Shipping & Returns

At this time, Gripknife ships merchandise to locations within the continental United States. Shipping within the United States will be shipped 2-3 day priority mail with delivery confirmation on all knives. Any shipping needs outside the continental United States will be considered on an individual basis. Please feel free to e-mail us at info@gripknife.com to discuss any additional shipping needs. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website is passed to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. By placing an order with Gripknife.com, the customer verifies that they are over 18 years of age and are aware of all local, state and federal laws regarding the possession or carrying of the products they are ordering, and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in the Gripknife Acknowledgment Form. Gripknife.com and Gripknife LLC shall be held blameless for any infraction of laws by the purchaser. We do not ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS)! NEVER send ANY Gripknife products via USPS, or it may be confiscated along the way. ONLY use private mail carriers, such as UPS or FedEx. Currently, our preferred method of shipping is UPS. Most products ship with in hours of ordering. All products are shipped directly from our local UPS store. It is one less set of hands to touch your package and we find it helps with faster arrival times. We will do our best to notify you of any delays. Please see "Gripknife Lifetime Warranty" section and complete all forms before mailing any Gripknife to us for Warranty Service or Repair.

Note: Any Gripknife returned for Warranty Service or Refund must be shipped via UPS or FedEx and MUST also include a signed copy of the Gripknife Acknowledgment Form, (SEE PDF HERE) Warranty Service Form, and the Counterfeit Goods Acknowledgment Form. No exceptions will be made!
